Transferring your existing license to our firm in SC:

  • Submit the Transfer/Inactive Status Filing Form to the SC Real Estate Commission.  Note: If you are currently a BIC or PMIC, the commission is currently not allowing this form to be completed online via your portal.  Feel free to check the portal first to see if this has been updated!

Reactivate an inactive license with our firm in SC:

  • Submit the Reactivation of Inactive License Form to the SC Real Estate Commission.  Note:  Please ensure that you have met all of the requirements listed on this form before completing the form!

Applying for a BIC License with our firm in SC:

  • Submit the BIC License Application to the SC Real Estate Commission.  Note:  If you are not currently a broker, please ensure you have met all of the requirements to become a broker/BIC before completing this form.  The commission is currently not allowing this form to be completed online via your portal.  Feel free to check the portal first to see if this has been updated!
